“Ode to Mary Randlett”

A black and white day back up on the Squamish. An “Ode to Mary Randlett” Savor!

This will be my last post on this blog. If you’re still interested in viewing my pictures, starting sometime in March they will be found at http://www.coastspiritphoto.com. I wish you all the best and hope to see you again March.

Langley

It was a beautiful winters day so I took a drive out to the Ft. Langley area. Savor!

Squamish River

It had been at least ten years since I was last up there. A nice day, but the road was rough and snowy so it was nice to have an old beater truck. Must get back up there this summer. Savor!

Fairhaven Day

I can always tell the year is winding down when we make are bi annual day junket to the good ol’ USA. Bellingham and Fairhaven to be exact. The weather was better (albeit a lot colder) than our August visit! Chocolate, coffee, shopping and browsing Village Books is the general theme of our visits. Did I mention chocolate! Savor!

ps. As this is New Years Eve, I would like to wish everyone a radiant and wondrous New Year! Also, I have a few more posts coming then I’ll be taking my annual hiatus from blogging until March. If I happen to see anything worthwhile I’ll do my mediocre best to capture it for viewing at a later date. Aren’t you lucky!

The Lynden Fair Day

Much loved and anticipated all year. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate, but it was still a nice day out and about in the northwest corner of the good ol’ USA. Savor!

Big Bar Lake Sequel

A few more from this most restful place. Savor!

An unimaginative slide show can be watched at the following link: http://youtu.be/W_cC-t3EmQI

Big Bar Lake

First started coming here 20 years ago. Now its become an annual “boyz” camping trip each June. Love it! Savor!

The Road to the Big Bar Creek Ferry

Twenty kilometers vertiginous downhill means twenty kilometers vertiginous uphill. A beautiful drive but make sure your rad is ready and your brakes ain’t broke. Savor!

The Otter Marsh

On a bright day this is a truly beautiful hike, unfortunately mostly clouds greeted me this morning. The Otter Marsh located in the Cariboo. Savor!
